Rent with car option - An air conditioned 5 - seater brand new Suzuki  car supplied with all risk insurance.  The car is supplied without driver and only with a minimum of 5 days of Apartment Rental or Villa Rental

Conditions Applied for Car Rentals with Apartment:

A refundable deposit of 250 -375 euros is taken while booking for the car for insurance liabilities. The deposit is  refunded when car is returned in same condition.

Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International ( Plaisance ) Airport

The distance between Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport MRU ( old name Plaisance airport ) and the Residence Impala Mauritius at Trou aux Biches Mont Choisy is 65 km.

The distance between Port Louis Harbour and the Residence Impala Mauritius at Trou aux Biches Mon Choisy is 25 km.

Conditions for Air and Ship TRANSFERS:

The price for transfers is based solely for a Taxi car licensed to carry 4 persons only. For any extra person, 15 euros is chargeable per transfer - Rental and Transfer is done by Mini Van.

• For a stay of 11 or more nights:  Free ARRIVAL and RETURN Transfers.

• For a stay of 6 - 10 nights: Free ARRIVAL Transfer. RETURN Transfer - you will be charged 25 euros.

• For a stay of 3 - 6 nights: ARRIVAL and RETURN Transfers - you will be charged 40 euros.

• For a stay of 1 - 3 nights: ARRIVAL and RETURN Transfer will be charged 60 euros.

Airport and Ship Transfers: Airport / Port Louis Harbour to Apartment and Apartment to Airport / Port Louis by Taxi if you stay more than 10 days.

Airport and Ship Transfer: Only Airport / Port Louis Harbour to Apartment is free if you stay 7 to 10 days. Return transfer at a discount price of 25 euros will be at your charge.

Example of Quotation:

The price quoted for an apartment, under option GOLD  for 4 persons with air conditioning is 54 Euros/night ( that means the price is 54 euros / night for the whole - 2 Bedroom Apartment and all four persons pay a total of 54 euros / night ) including FREE TRANSFERS - Airport to Apartment and back to Airport if your booking is for a period of eleven or more nights.

In case your stay is less than 11 nights but more than 6 nights, then the return transfer from the Apartment to the Airport  or Harbour will cost you only 25 euros and we pay the difference for the taxi.

Example of Quotation:

A quote for a stay for  One or TWO persons in a one bedroom apartment without air conditioning  is 33 Euros / night INCLUSIVE of  FREE AIRPORT or SHIP TRANSFERS  provided that your stay is more than ten nights.

In case, you stay between 6 and 10 nights, then the return transfer from the apartment to the airport  will cost you only 25 euros and we pay the difference for the taxi.

MAID CLEANING:

Maid cleaning services: Daily from 8H30 - 14H00 except between 12H00-12H30 ( lunch hours ), Sundays and public holidays as per legal requirement.

CANCELLATION:

The cancellation policy is as follows:

• Refunds will only be considered if the booking is cancelled three (3) months prior to the date of your arrival  to allow for the property to be put in the market again. A 20 % of the deposit fee will be levied for those eligible for refunds.

INDEMNITY:

The owner 

• reserves the right of admission.                           

• shall not be liable to any loss, injury, damage to personal belongings (direct or indirect) arising from the use of and occupation of the premises. 

• shall supply alternative accommodation should the premises be damaged by  water, fire, riot, storm or force majeure.

• No items forming part of the apartment should be taken away.

The guests shall leave the premises in a good condition as at the time of occupancy, except for cleaning. Any breakages / loss should either be replaced  or a replacement fee to the value of the loss be effected prior to departure.
